Plain language about what we collect, why, and the choices you keep.
The short version
We collect only what we need to run the site, answer messages and send the newsletter people explicitly request. We do not sell personal data.
Contact messages
The name, email address, subject and message you submit are stored securely in our database so we can read and answer them. Please do not send medical records or urgent health information.
Newsletter
We store your email address, language, consent date and subscription status. We use double opt-in: the subscription becomes active only after you click the confirmation link. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
Supabase stores form and subscription data. Resend delivers transactional and newsletter emails. Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement. Each provider processes data for these services.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain a correction record. Newsletter data remains while the subscription is active; a minimal unsubscribe record may be retained so we honour the request.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data, or withdraw newsletter consent. Write to us using the contact page. We may need to verify the request before acting.
